    In these workshops we will be covering the basics of hypnotherapy. Tash will then guide you into a deep state of relaxation. In this deep state Tash will provide hypnotic suggestions to help you achieve your goals.

For best results, refrain from consuming caffeine for at least 4 hours prior to workshop.  Option to use a pillow and blanket for comfort.  Eye pillow optional.
